- Process-to-Blueprint Tooling: Build and maintain a Claude Code plugin that turns a plain-English process description into a production-ready workflow blueprint, with two human approval gates and an end-to-end dry-run QA. Adopted across the team over 20+ releases, reviewing and merging contributor pull requests.
- Blueprint Visualization: Reverse-engineered a proprietary blueprint format with no public spec into an interactive map of stages, tasks, dependencies, forms and agent prompts, used up to engineering leadership and becoming an internal Slack app.
- Support Triage Automation: Automated support-request intake for the AI Solutions practice with a Slack skill that classifies every request, routes the simple ones to the knowledge agent, and escalates the rest with a status card in the same channel.
- Platform Strategy & Delivery: Co-drive a recurring platform gap analysis into a prioritized backlog, and deliver production blueprints for enterprise customers across finance, procurement and supply chain, several on same-week turnarounds.
Quality Engineer
- Agentic Orchestration: Engineered "AgentSuite," a master fully agentic blueprint that orchestrates complex child workflows to execute real-world use case scenarios daily. Developed an automated self-evaluation layer where agents audited their own responses, holding output quality across the whole suite.
- Customer Success AI: Developed and deployed a Slack service agent grounded in the full product documentation. It filtered internal and external questions, answered them on the spot, and cut the volume of manual support cases.
- Cross-Functional Feedback: Collaborated with Product and Engineering to refine agent capabilities, finding logic gaps in new releases and turning them into architecture changes.
- Strategic Testing: Designed out-of-the-box test scenarios from deep supply chain experience, mirroring complex industrial workflows and hardening the platform against them.
